Leavid values creativity—yours and ours. This policy explains the legal protections we observe and how to file a takedown request if you believe content on our site violates your intellectual property (“IP”) rights.
1 | What We Protect
IP Category | What It Covers | Why It Matters |
---|---|---|
Copyright | Photographs, artwork, music, videos, literary text, code—any original expression fixed in a tangible form | Protects creators from unauthorized copying or distribution |
Trademark | Brand names, logos, slogans, distinctive packaging | Preserves brand identity and prevents marketplace confusion |
Publicity Rights | A person’s name, image, voice, or likeness | Stops unauthorized commercial use of someone’s identity |
2 | Respecting Rights on Leavid
- All product listings, photos, and marketing assets must be legally cleared.
- Sellers and partners must hold or obtain the necessary licenses before uploading content.
