You have up to 180 days from the date delivering the items. We want to make sure you have ample time to assess your purchase.

How to Start a Return

For the fastest assistance, include:

• The name on the order
• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photos showing the problem
• Your preferred resolution: replacement or refund

Important Notes

We do not accept returns due to:

• Spelling or grammar mistakes submitted by the customer
• Issues with original images (blurry, low-quality, etc.)
• Order errors made by the customer

Return Eligibility

We only accept returns on non-sale items. All returned products must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• With tags attached
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by the original sales receipt

Return Shipping

• Return cost: $0.00
  That’s right — if your item is damaged or defective, you won’t pay a cent to send it back.

Return Instructions

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you the correct warehouse address. Then:

1. Pack your item with a printout of your order confirmation email.
2. Ship it via your local post office or any trackable courier.
3. Send us the tracking number so we can monitor its journey.

What Happens Next?

As soon as we receive your returned item:

• You’ll get a confirmation email
• We’ll review the return within 3–5 business days
• You’ll be notified of refund approval or denial
• Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method
