Order Processing & Shipping Schedule

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time, GMT-5) will be processed on the next business day.

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. postal holidays, including:

  • Presidents’ Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once your order is shipped, delays beyond our control (weather, customs, courier backlog) may affect arrival.

Order Tracking

Once your package ships, we’ll send you a tracking link via email. Didn’t receive it? Be sure to check your Spam or Promotions folder.

🔍 Carrier Scan Time: It may take 3–7 business days for your tracking to update in the carrier’s system. If no updates appear immediately, don’t worry—it’s on its way.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to the following:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico
  • Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands
  • APO/FPO Addresses
  • International destinations outside the U.S.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

If the address is incorrect or incomplete:

  • 🕓 Your order may be delayed.
  • 🔁 Returned parcels are not re-shipped automatically. A re-shipping fee will apply.
  • ❌ Orders sent to incorrect addresses and returned may be disposed of at our carrier’s warehouse.

We are not liable for packages misdelivered or redirected after dispatch.
