How do I know if something is in stock?In stock: you’ll see “Add to Cart.”
Out of stock: a “Notify Me” button lets you join the wait-list.
Can I check out as a guest?Absolutely—just enter shipping & payment details. Creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and unlock member-only promos.

Is my payment information secure?Yes—Leavid uses 256-bit SSL encryption and is PCI-DSS compliant. Your card data is transmitted and stored securely.
Can I use a coupon code?Yep. Enter it in the “Coupon / Gift Card” field at checkout and hit Apply.
What if my payment fails?An error will display and an email will follow. Double-check your card or try another method. Still stuck? Email [email protected] and we’ll troubleshoot.

Shipping & Order Tracking

How long does delivery take?Standard: Handling 1-7 business days + Transit 14-21 business days.
Fast: Handling 1-2 business days + Transit 10-15 business days.
Continental-US orders typically arrive within 4-9 business days once in transit.
Is there a daily cut-off?Orders placed after 5 PM EST (GMT-5) process the next business day.
How do I track my parcel?We email a tracking link as soon as the order ships. Tracking may take 3-7 days to populate while the carrier scans the parcel.

Do you offer exchanges?Yes—one free size or color swap within the 180-day window. Contact support with your order number and desired variant.

Refunds

When will I receive my refund?Within 2 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your bank may take 10-15 days to post the funds.
